Terms and Conditions

Final numbers & payment due 14 days before the event.

Parties last for one and a half hours. We ask that you vacate the party area at the end of your time. No allowances can be made for late arrivals as another party may follow yours.

Minimum number of children is 15. If you have fewer children attending you would still need to pay as though there were 15.

Parties include the party area only. You are welcome to provide decorations yourself or ask one of team members for details of us providing them from just £3 per child. Any damage caused by your decorations is chargeable. 

Heart of England allocates the party space based on availability and can not guarantee a specific area or room for the party. 

Children are the responsibility of their parent or guardian. We take the utmost care with safety, but cannot be responsible for the actions of your children. It is at your own discretion as to whether attractions are suitable for your own child.

Parties do not include entry to Heart Park. Tickets are available at a discounted rate for party attendees when booked in advance. Full price would have to be paid on the day. No refunds would be issued for advance tickets for any reason including but not limited to weather. 

Children must be supervised by the supervising adult at all times including during any activities. Parents are requested to keep children in their care under control at all times. Park staff are not responsible for the supervision of children. 

The price includes (where stated) one menu for ALL of the children. If you wish to offer a variety of menu options to your guests instead of one menu for all the children this is available at an additional charge. 

The woods provide a brilliant outdoor space for children to play. However they also present certain dangers. Please be aware that the woods have deep puddles, steep inclines and drops, sharp objects and tracks for motorised vehicles running through them. Children playing in the woods must be closely supervised at all times and listen carefully to the instructions of any staff. 

Please do not bring glass items in to the Park. 

No smoking on the beach or near to the children's activities

No alcohol is to be brought onto the site. 

Please observe safety notices, stay on pathways and woodland walk trails, and follow the instructions of our staff. 

Park security and management reserve the right to refuse admission without providing a reason, or request that visitors leave if their behaviour is considered to be inappropriate. No refunds will be issued.

Please be aware that for the safety of all visitors, the park is monitored by CCTV. 

Cars are parked at owners' risk.

Use of the attractions is at your own risk.

Children should be supervised at all times by their parent or guardian.

Heart Park will clear up after your party. However we do request that you take any additional decorations or mess brought onto site with you away at the end of the party. 

Additional activities or children attending on the day will be charged at the full rate. 

Some activities are restricted by the children's age, height and skill levels. Heart of England may refuse to allow a child to partake if they feel they are not suitable for the event. No refunds will be offered.
