Conditions of Entry
This is a family site and is designed to be fun and relaxing - in a traditional seaside-style environment. For the enjoyment of all our visitors, we ask that you adhere to the following conditions of entry.
On entry, you will be issued with a wristband for each member of your party, which must be worn throughout your stay. Under-fives are free to enter the Park, and do not need a ticket or wristband. For the purposes of tickets and attractions, we designate children as being aged 5-17 years inclusive.
All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Children are the responsibility of their parent or guardian. We take the utmost care with safety, but cannot be responsible for the actions of your children. It is at your own discretion as to whether attractions are suitable for your own child.
No swimming in the lake. Paddling only is allowed within designated areas. Children must be supervised at ALL times.
Please be aware that we do not have a lifeguard on duty. No floating devices allowed on the lake.
No smoking on the beach or near to the children's activities.
No fires, BBQs, cooking or naked flames.
No climbing on the cove rocks.
Please do not bring glass items in to the Park.
No alcohol is to be brought onto the site.
Please observe safety notices, stay on pathways and woodland walk trails, and follow the instructions of our staff.
To preserve the peace for all visitors, no music players or radios are allowed.
Park security and management reserve the right to refuse admission without providing a reason, or request that visitors leave if their behaviour is considered to be inappropriate. No refunds will be issued.
Some activities may not be available at all times. If you wish to check the availability of a particular attraction, please call before traveling.
Please be aware that for the safety of all visitors, the park is monitored by CCTV. Cars are parked at owners' risk. Use of the attractions is at your own risk.
Children should be supervised at all times by their parent or guardian.
Photography may be taken on the day by Heart of England Promotions LTD to be used in future publicity. If you do NOT wish you image to be used in this way please let staff on the day know.
To join an attraction, please purchase the relevant number of tokens from the Rock Shop. Please note, that, for security reasons, tokens cannot be exchanged for cash, and have no cash value. Please only purchase the tokens that you will need. (Tokens are non refundable but do not expire, so you may also keep them for your next visit).
Last entry is one hour before Park closes (4pm).
